A few things have a faster route than email:
- Adding your tool to the directory is free and takes two minutes — use the submission form rather than emailing us the details
- Disagreeing with a review is welcome in the comments on the article itself, where other readers can see it too
- Leaving the newsletter takes one click on the unsubscribe link in any email
- Questions about data or the rules are usually already answered in our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service
We do not sell links, accept payment to change a score, remove a fair negative review, or publish content written to manipulate search rankings. Please do not ask — it saves us both an email.
We answer every genuine message within 24 hours. If you have not heard back in that time, your message very likely landed in spam — send it again and it will get through. Sales pitches and bulk outreach do not get a reply.
