What our reviews, scores, and free tools are — and what they are not. Read this before you make a decision that costs you money.
Two things we stand behind, and two things we cannot promise.
Everything published on Tech Vault AI is for general information. It is written carefully and checked before publication, but it is not professional advice and is not tailored to your situation.
Nothing here is legal, financial, tax, accounting, investment, or specialist technical advice. If a decision carries real money or real risk, speak to a qualified professional who knows your circumstances.
Every verdict we publish is our genuine conclusion after using the product ourselves. No score is written to order, adjusted for a commission, or agreed with a vendor in advance. If we say a tool is not worth its price, that is what we actually think.
A score is an informed opinion, not a measurement. It reflects our testing criteria, applied consistently across everything we cover, and weighted by what we believe matters most to a working professional. Someone with different priorities could reasonably reach a different number, and that is normal in reviewing.
A review also describes a product at one moment in time. Software moves fast: prices rise, free tiers shrink, features ship and get withdrawn, and companies get acquired. A review that was accurate on the day it was written may be wrong by the time you read it.
Always check the vendor's own pricing and feature pages before committing to a purchase. Where you find something out of date on our site, tell us and we will fix it.
Our free tools run real analysis on what you give them. They are not decorative and they do not return random numbers. But each type of tool has limits worth understanding before you act on its output.
Nothing our invoice, rate, or ROI tools produce is financial, tax, or accounting advice. Figures are illustrative. Before you invoice a client, price a project, or commit to a budget, check the numbers yourself or with an accountant.
Only submit a URL you own or are authorised to analyse. Decisions you take on the basis of a tool's output are your own.
We do not promise that following our advice, buying a tool we recommend, or acting on a tool's output will improve your traffic, your rankings, your revenue, or anything else. Too much depends on your market, your competitors, your execution, and search engines nobody outside them controls.
Where an article mentions results someone achieved, treat that as one person's experience rather than a typical or expected outcome.
We review and link to products we do not own or control. We are not responsible for how a third-party product performs, what it charges, how it handles your data, whether it stays in business, or how its support treats you.
If you buy something, your contract is with that seller. Refunds, cancellations, and complaints go to them, not to us.
The same applies to listings in our directory. A listing means the entry passed our review at the time it was added. It is not an endorsement, a guarantee of quality, or a promise that the company will still be operating when you contact it.
Guest articles are reviewed before publication and carry the author's byline. The views in them belong to that author and are not necessarily ours.
Comments are the opinions of the people who wrote them. We moderate for abuse and spam, but we do not verify factual claims made in a comment, and their presence on the site is not an endorsement.
We work hard to be accurate, but we make mistakes. A price gets misread, a feature gets misdescribed, a plan gets renamed between our writing and your reading.
If you spot something wrong, email info@techvaultai.com. We check it and correct what needs correcting, usually within 24 hours. We would rather be told than stay wrong.
To the fullest extent the law allows, Tech Vault AI is not liable for any loss arising from your use of this site, its content, or its tools — including lost profit, lost revenue, lost data, or wasted expenditure.
The full position, including the cap on our liability, is set out in our Terms of Service. Nothing here removes rights your local consumer law gives you and does not allow us to exclude.
Some links on this site are affiliate links, and businesses can pay for placement in our directory. None of that changes a score or a verdict. The full explanation is on our Affiliate Disclosure page.
A wrong price, an outdated feature, a tool returning something that looks off — tell us and it gets fixed. That is the whole point of publishing a page like this.
