These Terms are a contract between you and Tech Vault AI. They cover everything on www.techvaultai.com — the reviews, the AI tools directory, the free tools, the comments, and anything you submit or buy.
By opening any page on this site, you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, please stop using the site.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Tech Vault AI, or 16 where your local law sets that higher age. If you accept these Terms for a company, you confirm you are allowed to bind that company.
Tech Vault AI is an independently owned publication founded and run by Asif Iqbal, operating from Bangladesh and serving readers worldwide. There is no parent company, no investor, and no vendor with editorial influence.
Reading the site, using the free tools, commenting, and submitting a tool are all free. Only paid listings and paid submission options cost money, and those are always priced and confirmed before you pay.

We use automated protection on our forms and endpoints. Trying to defeat it counts as a breach of these Terms.
All original text, scores, comparison tables, charts, graphics, and the site design belong to Tech Vault AI or to the authors who wrote them. Nothing here transfers ownership to you.
What you may do: read, share links, and quote a short passage — a sentence or two — as long as you name Tech Vault AI and link to the original page.
What you may not do: republish full articles, translate and repost them, spin or paraphrase them into new articles, or feed them into a model or dataset, without written permission.
Product names, logos, and screenshots belong to the companies that own them, and appear here for identification and commentary only.
We read every submission in full before deciding. If it meets our standards and Google's content guidelines, we publish it broadly as you wrote it. If it does not, we decline it. We do not rewrite accepted work or change its argument behind your back.
The article stays yours. By submitting it, you grant Tech Vault AI a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to publish it on this site, to display it in listings and search results, and to keep it online for as long as we choose. You get a byline credit on the published piece.
If a copyright or plagiarism claim is later made about your submission, responsibility for it sits with you, not with Tech Vault AI.
Anyone can submit a tool to the directory free of charge. Every submission is reviewed by a person before it appears, and we may decline one without giving a reason.
By submitting, you confirm you represent the tool or have permission to list it, that the information is accurate, and that you have the right to supply the logo or screenshot you upload.
We may edit a listing's description for length, clarity, or accuracy, and we may remove a listing if the tool shuts down, changes materially, breaks its own promises, or turns out to be misrepresented.
Paying buys placement and visibility. It never buys a rating, a score, a favourable verdict, or a place in a ranked list. No amount of money changes what a review says. Anything paid for is labelled so readers can tell.
If anything in your live listing is wrong — a typo, an outdated URL, a changed price, a wrong description — tell us and we will fix it free of charge, for as long as the listing is up. There is no charge and no limit on corrections.
We may take a paid listing down if the product no longer exists, if the listing becomes misleading and you will not correct it, if a legal complaint requires it, or if the business breaches these Terms. Removal in those circumstances does not create a right to a refund.
We accept payment through several methods, agreed with you at the time of ordering. Payments are handled by the relevant payment provider or bank; we do not store your card or account details on this site.
In short: the deciding moment is your approval. Before it, you can change your mind and get your money back. After it, the listing is delivered and the payment is final — but corrections stay free for life, as set out above.
Refunds are returned by the same method you paid with, within a reasonable time. Any transfer or currency fee charged by a bank or payment provider is not something we control or reimburse. Nothing here removes any refund right you may have under the consumer law of your own country.
Our free tools are provided as they are, with no account and no charge. They are meant to be useful starting points, not authoritative verdicts.
Decisions you make based on a tool's output are your own.
Our reviews and scores are opinions, formed at a point in time. Software changes constantly — prices move, features ship, plans get renamed. A review reflects what we found when we wrote it, and may be out of date by the time you read it. Always check the vendor's own site before buying.

Nothing on Tech Vault AI is professional advice. We are not responsible for what a third-party product does, how it is priced, or whether it delivers what it claims. Your contract for any product you buy is with the seller, not with us.
This site links to many external websites and relies on third-party infrastructure for hosting, storage, images, analytics, and bot protection.
We do not control those sites or services, and we are not responsible for their content, their availability, or how they handle your data. Once you follow a link away from Tech Vault AI, that site's own terms and privacy policy apply.
Tech Vault AI is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We work hard to keep it accurate and online, but we do not promise that it will be free of errors, always available, or fit for any particular purpose of yours.
To the fullest extent the law allows, we exclude all implied warranties. Where your local law gives you rights that cannot be excluded, those rights still apply and nothing here limits them.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tech Vault AI is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or lost business arising from your use of this site, its content, or its tools.
Where we are found liable despite the above, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or fifty US dollars if you paid us nothing.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, or for anything that cannot lawfully be excluded in your jurisdiction.
If something you submit to us — an article, a listing, a comment, or an image — leads to a claim against Tech Vault AI, you agree to cover the reasonable costs and damages that result, provided the claim arises from your breach of these Terms or of someone else's rights.

We take these seriously and act quickly. Content that turns out to be infringing is removed, and repeat offenders lose the ability to submit.
How we handle your data is set out in full in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. It covers what we collect, how long we keep it, who processes it, and the rights you have over it.
We may block access, remove a comment, reject a submission, or take down a listing where these Terms are breached, where the law requires it, or where content is misleading or harmful. Where money has changed hands, the refund position in section 10 applies.
We update these Terms as the site changes. The date at the top always shows the latest revision, and continuing to use the site after an update means you accept it.
If you have already bought a paid listing, the Terms in force on the day you paid govern that purchase. A later change does not apply retroactively to work already delivered.
Tech Vault AI is operated from Bangladesh. These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and the courts of Bangladesh have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, this does not take away the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your own country, or your right to bring proceedings there where local law gives you that right.
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force. Before starting formal proceedings, please write to us — most disputes are settled faster by email than by lawyers.

Comments
You can comment with just a name and an email address. Your email is never published.
Disagreeing with a review is welcome — that is the point of an open comment section. What gets removed without notice: abuse, harassment, hate speech, personal attacks, promotional spam, link dropping, and anything unlawful.
Comments are yours, and you stay responsible for them. By posting, you give us permission to display the comment on the page it belongs to, and you confirm it is your own words.
